Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the SpecSure service (the “Service”) provided by SubmittalAutomation.com LLC (“Company”). It is incorporated into the agreements under which customers use the Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in those agreements. Company may update this AUP from time to time; the current version is posted at specsure.build.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service, or allow anyone to use it, to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, or for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- upload or process content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes intellectual property or violates confidentiality obligations;
- upload sensitive personal information beyond what the Service is intended to handle, or any data the Service is not designed to process (for example, regulated health, payment-card, or government-classified data) unless expressly agreed in writing;
- introduce malware or harmful code, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems or networks;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or use bots or automated means to access the Service except through documented interfaces, or attempt to derive source code, models, or underlying technology;
- use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product, model, or dataset;
- exceed plan or rate limits, share credentials, or resell or provide the Service to third parties without authorization; or
- misrepresent Output as a professional review, approval, certification, or determination, or otherwise use the Service in violation of the engineer-of-record and professional-responsibility terms of the applicable agreement.
2. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for your account, your Authorized Users, and all content and activity under your account, and for independently reviewing and verifying all Output before relying on it.
3. Enforcement
Company may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or that Company reasonably believes may harm the Service, Company, or others, using reasonable notice where practicable. Company may remove or disable content that violates this AUP or law.

Report suspected violations or security issues to [abuse@specsure.build].
