This Privacy Policy explains how SubmittalAutomation.com LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), which operates the SpecSure product at specsure.build (the “Service”), collects, uses, and shares personal information. It applies to our website and Service. It does not change the agreements under which business customers use the Service; for business customer data processed on their behalf, our Data Processing & Confidentiality Addendum and the customer’s instructions govern.

Account and contact information you provide, such as name, email, company, and phone number.
Content you upload or generate, such as specifications, submittals, and files, and the Output produced from them.
Usage and device information, such as log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage, collected automatically and through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications, such as messages you send us and demo or booking requests.
Payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and our website.
To communicate with you, respond to requests, and schedule and conduct demos.
